Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a high-energy venue
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Prepare and serve beverages following company standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Handle cash and reconcile daily sales reports
- Uphold safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with team members during peak rush periods
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible evening and weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 4 PM - 12 AM)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Tennessee Alcohol Server certification (provided if needed)
- Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville
