Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate point-of-sale records
- Prepare and serve food/beverages while adhering to quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Must pass background check and food handler certification
