Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-out procedures during evening/weekend shifts
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Handle reservation systems and walk-in guest inquiries
- Supplement staffing during peak weekend dining hours
- Perform nightly reconciliation of cash registers and POS systems
- Assist with inventory management during off-peak hours
- Train new staff on evening/weekend protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for consistent evening (4pm-12am) and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if driving required)
