Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest assistance during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle reservation inquiries
- Maintain pristine facility standards including common areas and guest amenities
- Coordinate with team members for seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and manage POS systems accurately
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues diplomatically
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
