Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, breakdown, and operations according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and problem resolution
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Manage inventory and maintain all event materials/equipment
- Enforce safety protocols and venue regulations throughout events
- Deliver real-time updates to event managers regarding operational status
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in event hospitality or customer service roles
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
