Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation coordination
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale system operations with precision
- Maintain pristine facility standards across guest areas and common spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid California driver's license (if valet duties required)
- Basic knowledge of LA attractions and local geography
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
