Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort systems
- Assist with guest inquiries, concierge requests, and troubleshooting
- Maintain pristine lobby, pool, and common areas according to resort standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Participate in weekend staff briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
