Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend operational hours
- Coordinate daily service schedules and team assignments for weekend shifts
- Manage inventory and operational readiness for peak weekend periods
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
