Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, dining, and recreational facilities
- Manage resort check-ins and check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate weekend event operations and guest activities
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning and safety inspections
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
