Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements for high-volume weekend shifts
- Prepare and maintain immaculate dining/bar areas following sanitation standards
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to all safety procedures and emergency protocols during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and payment processing
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
