Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with team members during high-traffic periods
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Flexible schedule availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Valid Florida food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
