Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests during evening and weekend operations
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare and maintain pristine event spaces according to premium standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Uphold health and safety protocols during all operational hours
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evenings (4PM-12AM) and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license a plus for event logistics
