Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend patrons across multiple service points
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover during peak hours
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all public and back-of-house areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly following established escalation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and reservation software
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
