Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during weekend check-ins/check-outs
- Manage front desk operations including reservations and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
