- Operate hotel management systems and process payments
- Execute upselling of premium services and amenities
- Maintain immaculate lobby and common areas
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
