Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests across check-in, dining, and amenities
- Manage weekend check-in/out procedures using our digital booking system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup and weekend special activities
- Maintain pristine public areas and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations during peak weekend periods
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills
