Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across resort amenities including poolside, dining, and concierge services
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for weekend guests using resort management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility readiness
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions and activities
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary

Qualifications
