Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our Manchester venue
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital system
- Prepare and maintain premium amenities for weekend guests
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday & Sunday)
