Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during weekend check-ins and check-outs
- Manage front desk operations including reservation management and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries for weekend functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and lobby spaces
- Handle basic troubleshooting for guest requests and technical issues
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible daytime availability
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
