Responsibilities

- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries efficiently

- Assist with event setup and guest requests during weekend functions
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) effectively
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with flexible shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency with hospitality software or willingness to learn
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if parking duties assigned)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
