Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across front desk and concierge operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain pristine guest areas and ensure facilities meet brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Assist with event setup and support weekend functions as needed
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
