Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at resort pools, lounges, and entertainment venues
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with event setup and guest coordination during weekend activations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain pristine venue standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Sat/Sun) with flexible weekday availability
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Valid Nevada alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Basic POS system proficiency
