Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory tracking systems with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure safety protocols and operational standards are met.
- Process orders and prepare documentation for shipment and delivery logistics.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of workstations and equipment.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies and software systems.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing teams to prevent shortages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
