Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with vendor setup
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collect and reconcile daily cash transactions
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Current student or recent graduate preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to multiple San Diego venues
