Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and registration processes
- Manage venue access control and ticket verification
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout event duration
- Monitor venue safety and compliance protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and event staff
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations
Qualifications
- Available for evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling proficiency
