Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including seating, décor, and equipment
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and VIP check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event production teams
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
- Submit detailed post-event reports and feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Valid California driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Flexible schedule availability during peak event seasons
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Must pass background check and drug screening
