Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating and organizing venue spaces.
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain a safe, organized environment during events.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Operate equipment such as check-in tables, badges, or light concession stands.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Perform light cleaning and breakdown duties at the end of each event.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash or processing tickets.
