Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and provide event information at festival gates
- Assist with vendor coordination and crowd control activities
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Maintain clean and safe event environments
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with team leads during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for equipment transport
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
