Responsibilities
- Manage guest entry, ticket scanning, and crowd control at weekend events
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including seating and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Available weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis venues
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
