Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage guest entry, ticket scanning, and venue access control
- Maintain safe crowd control and emergency protocol compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence
- Deliver exceptional service while representing Elite Hospitality standards
- Assist with setup/teardown of event infrastructure as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- 18+ years of age with reliable attendance
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication tools
