Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Assist with event setup and breakdown proceduresProvide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Support VIP guest handling when required
- Report operational issues to event managers
Qualifications
- Available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to event locations
