Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at VIP entrances, registration desks, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols during peak hours
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concession sales
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking throughout shifts
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event transitions
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling (6-12 hour shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to downtown Oklahoma City locations
- Must pass standard background check and drug screening
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred but not required
