Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at weekend events
- Coordinate vendor setup and operational logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event breakdown and post-event cleanup
- Document incident reports and operational notes
- Collaborate with venue security and event management teams
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 12 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (for venue transport)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic first/CPR certification (training provided)
- Must pass background check
