Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Operate ticket scanning and point-of-sale systems
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly

Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic knowledge of Boston geography and landmarks
