Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures
- Direct attendees to venues, amenities, and emergency exits
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including tents, signage, and décor
- Monitor crowd flow and resolve attendee inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with security and vendor teams for seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Maintain positive brand representation through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8AM-8PM shifts)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, unpredictable environments
- Basic knowledge of crowd control principles preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus (training provided)
