Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and VIP experiences at weekend festivals and private events
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards across multiple event spaces
- Coordinate with vendors and event managers for real-time operational adjustments
- Handle ticket scanning, merchandise sales, and cash management with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse audiences during high-energy events
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event infrastructure including stages and seating
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and last-minute venue requirements
Qualifications
- Must have weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and ability to adhere to dress code standards
- Must pass background check and provide proof of work authorization
- Basic knowledge of event ticketing systems a plus
