Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket validation using tablet systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply distribution
- Set up/breakdown event infrastructure including tents and signage
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with security teams
- Support promotional activities and brand ambassadorship
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
