Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credentialing at weekend festivals and corporate events
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Assist with promotional activities and brand ambassador duties
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Must pass background check
