Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at weekend events
- Assist with venue setup, decoration, and equipment coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance standards
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members seamlessly
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns promptly
- Support post-event breakdown and inventory management
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (6-8 hour shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Philly
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- 18+ years old and able to work weekends consistently
