Responsibilities
- Manage guest entry and ticket verification
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides
- Maintain clean and safe venue environments
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Complete accurate incident reports when needed
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to downtown venues
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Must pass mandatory background check
- 18+ years of age (alcohol events require 21+)
