Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at entry points and venue checkpoints
- Manage crowd control and ensure guest safety protocols
- Operate ticket scanning and credential verification systems
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown operations
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain smooth event flow
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 10 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
