Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at weekend events and festivals
- Manage venue operations including seating, ticketing, and crowd control
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and equipment
- Process cash transactions and manage POS systems
- Enforce venue policies and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Valid Maryland ID and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
