Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues with precision and speed
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at weddings, corporate events, and festivals
- Manage food/beverage service with attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols throughout shifts
- Adapt quickly to changing event dynamics and client requests
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility with event locations across San Diego County
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
