Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, decoration, and breakdown operations
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Collaborate with team to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Support promotional activities and brand ambassadorship
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor environments
