Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration and provide directional assistance
- Execute event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- Previous event/conference or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio venues
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (outdoor events)
