Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance throughout venues
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions
- Collaborate with venue teams to execute seamless event transitions
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors using digital communication tools
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment inventory management
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling (8am-8pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills with approachable, professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic digital literacy for using event management software
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or events preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Reliable transportation to central London event locations
