Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance to attendees
- Monitor venue capacity and enforce safety protocols

- Operate ticket scanning systems and point-of-sale terminals
- Collaborate with security teams for crowd management
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
