Responsibilities
- Oversee evening/weekend venue operations and staff coordination
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues in real-time
- Train and mentor new team members during shift transitions
- Monitor inventory and restock high-demand supplies overnight
- Implement safety protocols during high-traffic weekend periods
- Coordinate with day-shift management for seamless handovers
- Document operational incidents and service metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for Friday/Saturday evenings (5 PM - 3 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with crowd management preferred
