Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces including tents, tables, and décor
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Support audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event flow
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic problem-solving abilities in fast-paced settings
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to downtown Long Beach venues
- Positive attitude with teamwork focus
