Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-ins and provide exceptional customer service at weekend events
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance
- Manage inventory and distribute promotional materials efficiently
- Support event staff with real-time problem-solving and guest inquiries
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and venue regulations
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Valid California driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
